Hello friends! Today is Joe’s birthday, and also one of the hottest days of the year so far. We thought we’d take the opportunity to celebrate/commiserate by discounting all of our in-stock trees and shrubs by 50% for the summer! In addition to the sale on our woody plants, we have a few new perennial species that have become ready for sale; Alumroot, Beebalm, Wild Bergamot, Foxglove Beardtongue, Jacob’s Ladder, and Showy Goldenrod. Not quite ready, but should be available in the very near future are Lady Fern, Plantain-leaf Sedge, White Wood Aster, Dense Blazingstar, Woodland Phlox, and Zig-Zag Goldenrod.

If you haven’t noticed, one of our filters on the Shop and Product List pages is “Anticipated Availability”. We have a “Coming Soon” option, that is reserved for plants that we have potted up and we are waiting for them to adequately root into their containers before we list them. Also, when you’re on the shop page, there will be a “Coming Soon” sticker on the picture of these plants in the shop. If you want to be the among the first to know when these plants become available, head to the plant profile for that species in the shop, and sign up for the in-stock notification.
